The American Institute of Physics Career Services Division has just published a new book entitled "Landing Your First Job", by John S. Rigden. The book is an excellent guide for students of physical science who are planning searching for a job outside of the academic arena. It includes advice on informational interviews, personal analysis, resume writing and landing the job through the interview process.
