Pictures from the Women in Astronomy II: Ten Years After Conference

Here are scenes from the Women in Astronomy II: Ten Years After conference (WIA II). The meeting was held June 27 & 28, 2003 at Caltech in Pasadena, CA. It was a huge success, with over 150 participants,
from senior administrators to graduate students and undergraduates. An excellent lineup of speakers culminated with Susan Estrich as the after-banquet speaker. The local organizing committee was ably led by Wal Sargent at Caltech. Fran Bagenal of U.
