In the context of the european research and training network(RTN) to study Adaptive Optics (AO) on Extremely Large Telescopes (40-100m) the MPIA has animmediate opening for a postdoctoral researcher. The primary goal of the RTN is to thoroughly investigateNatural Guide Star and Laser Guide Star tomography methods coupled with Multi-conjugate AO. This position will be available for approximately 3 years.The ideal candidate should have experience in adaptive optics. Candidates must be non-german citizens of the European Union (EU) or associated member states with an age below 35 years.
