The Hilton Minneapolis is located in the heart of downtown, connected by skyway to the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Rooms have been reserved at the following rates plus 13% tax which is subject to change.

Importance of Staying in the Conference Hotels
In order to book the Minneapolis meeting, the AAS had to contract for a blocks of sleeping rooms in the Hilton. If we do not fill these blocks, financial penalties will be incurred. This ultimately impacts the health of the AAS and consequently registration fees.

Grants
Thanks to a generous, anonymous gift from an AAS member in memory of her mother, some funding for childcare is available. As a pilot program, the AAS is offering $100 grants to help defray the costs of childcare at the Meeting. The childcare application form must be submitted by . In the event that the number of requests for grants exceeds the funding available, preference will be given to applicants in the early stages of their careers.

VISA Information
