Cancellation Policy
- Requests must be received in writing via email to reg-help@aas.org
- Cancellations by 21 April 2004 are eligible for a full refund less $10 processing charge.
- Cancellations from 22 April 2004 - 29 May 2004 are eligible for a full refund less $25 processing charge.
- No refunds for Banquet tickets after 29 May 2004.
- Persons who do not appear, cancel by default and are not eligible for a refund.
