Please wait two weeks before contacting the AAS Registrar reg-help@aas.org regarding the status of your application form. A confirmation form will be sent within three business days of receipt of your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation within two weeks, please contact our registrar, preferably by email.

News Media

Members of the News Media should not use this form, but may register by consulting our Press Officer. Write to Steve Maran at maran@aas.org

Exhibitors/Corporate Members

Exhibitors are given a few free registrations with their exhibit. Non-exhibiting Corporate Members may also be eligible for free registration. Consult Kelli Gilmore, gilmore@aas.org before completing the registration form. You may already be registered. Free registration does not include the Banquet, you may use this form to purchase a Banquet ticket.

Receipt of Payment

The preregistration receipt will be attached to your badge, which will be given to you when you pick up your registration material.

Cancellation Policy

  • Requests must be received in writing via email to reg-help@aas.org
  • Cancellations by 20 April 2005 are eligible for a full refund less $10 processing charge.
  • Cancellations from 20 April 2005 - 28 May 2005 are eligible for a full refund less $25 processing charge.
  • No refunds for Banquet tickets after 28 May 2005.
  • Persons who do not appear, cancel by default and are not eligible for a refund.

Corrections/Additions

If there are corrections or additions to be made to your registration, DO NOT submit another registration form. Requests must be received in writing either by email at reg-help@aas.org or by FAX at 202-234-7850. Requests by phone will not be accepted.
