About the Institute:
The National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (NARIT) is a public organization under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation. Our mission is to enable the research and development of astronomy, science, and technology through regional and global collaborative networks. Currently, we are operating the 2.4-meter telescope at Thai National Observatory (TNO), 0.7-meter telescope at regional observatories around the country and many robotic telescopes around the world, and the recently installed 40m Thai National Radio Telescope (TNRT) at Thai National Radio Observatory (TNRO). With our vision, we are expanding our capability to more advanced science and technology and are looking for collaborators to be our partners in this endeavor.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled postdoctoral researcher to join our research group at the National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (NARIT). The successful candidate will work with Dr. Ram Kesh Yadav and his collaborators, focusing on molecular clouds, star-forming regions, and young stellar objects. The candidate will play a key role in advancing our ongoing research initiatives and uncovering new insights in the field. Additionally, time will be available for independent research or to pursue new projects in relevant fields.
